MERCHANDISE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size. We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you.

Returned items must reach Maceoo within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please ensure all items are returned to us in their original condition. When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any cologne or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, ironed or damaged.

Maceoo is responsible for all domestic return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.

To return an item requires a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please email Maceoo to the above address and request a RA#. Maceoo recommends to send the items via a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Once we receive your Return Authorization Request please allow 5 business days in order to process your return.
