If your Maceoo purchase does not meet your expectations, or if you change your mind, you may return original condition items within 30 days from the date of fulfillment for:

  1. Full Price Purchased Items - a full refund, exchange, or store credit
  2. Sale Price Purchased Items - an exchange or store credit (Discount Code at Checkout will reflect as a sale item.)

Items are not to be returned without an RA issued by the link below.

All purchases made online must be returned via the process detailed below.

Domestic shipping is FREE for orders over $50. Return shipping is FREE for ALL orders within the U.S.

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply return labels to any international orders. If you are returning an item from outside of the US, please contact us via email (feelgood@maceoo.com) for instructions.

Online store purchases are not eligible for return at any Maceoo physical store retail location.

  2. Choose the items you wish to exchange
  3. Print shipping label & RA form
  4. Pack the items in their original packaging and add the RA form inside the box
  5. Send it your item back to us

Your exchange/return will be processed within 5-7 business days once received.


Return Item Condition

Returned items must be received as they were originally shipped, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Items received unfolded or missing the original packaging will incur a $2.50 fee per item.

Items that are received damaged, worn or washed will be not be refunded, exchanged, given store credit, or returned back to the customer.

Underwear & socks are final sale.




  • For any exchanges, contact us so we are able to hold the item you want. You can email us directly at feelgood@maceoo.com after initiating a return request through the below link.
  • Exchange items will be held for up to 14 days awaiting your returned items.
  • Please allow 5-7 days for returns/exchanges to be processed.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exchange item will be available. If the item is only eligible for an exchange, we will reach out with additional options.



    Full Price Merchandise: You have 30 days to return items purchased for full retail price for an exchange, full refund or store credit.

    Sale Price Merchandise: You have 30 days to return items (from the day of delivery) purchased on sale price or using a discount code, for an exchange or store credit only.

    • Ensure that your items are in their original condition and packaging
    • We do not accept the return of items that have been used, washed, dry cleaned, altered, ironed or damaged. These items will not be returned to the customer.
    • Any damaged or worng returned items will not be refunded, exchanged or given store credit. These items will not be returned to the customer.
    • Unused return labels will be voided after 14 days.




    • Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
    • Maceoo will be responsible for all DOMESTIC shipping charges, including return charges.
    • Maceoo is not responsible for international shipping charges or return shipping charges, including duty and tax.
    • Holidays, weather, and other events will often impact shipping times. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping delays


    Changes to Orders Placed Online

    Please note, once an order has been placed online, we are unable to change the shipping address or adjust the items that have already been ordered.
